Agriculture Machinery : Helping to feed the world
Agricultural machinery is machinery used in farming or other agriculture to give a boast in agriculture business and in agriculture mechanics. There are many types of such equipment, from hand tools and power tools to tractors and the countless kinds of farm implements that they tow or operate for agriculture mechanics. Diverse arrays of equipment are used in both organic and non organic farming which has helped in agricultural revolution. Especially since the advent of mechanized agriculture, agricultural machinery is an indispensable part of how the world is fed. The department of agriculture in every country takes active steps to help the farming community and to drive the agricultural economics and agriculture business management.
C2200 - Forge Harvestor
The Kemper C2200 chopper is a 3 row chopper which can harvest maize or grass, and will chop maize. Front or rear mounting on the tractor. Hydraulic cylinder controls adjustment of cutting height from tractor hydraulics, while side mounted stabilizer wheels prevent harvester contacting the ground.
The header and chopper are built into one compact unit with attached spout. Option of maize harvesting header or grass pickup. Option of metal detector.
Balzer 12000 - Manure Handling
Balzer offers Top-Fill Slurry Tanks ranging in sizes from 4,300 to 9,500 gallons. These tanks come with the industry's latest technology such as the Rite-Rate Application System which provides precise, consistent application of nutrients throughout every field. Hydraulic suspension on every tank smooths out rough terrain and reduces wear and tear. Balzer uses the best manufacturing technology available such as automatic submerged arc welding to build the highest quality tanks.
HJ 7120 - Rice Harvestor
The modern combine harvester, or simply combine, is a versatile machine designed to efficiently harvest a variety of crops. The name derives from its combining three separate harvesting operations - reaping, threshing, and winnowing - into a single process. The separated straw, left lying on the field, comprises the stems and any remaining leaves of the crop with limited nutrients left in it: the straw is then either chopped, spread on the field and ploughed back in or baled for bedding and limited-feed for livestock.
Case IH 335 - Seed Planting
This equipment combines a rugged row unit with the industry’s most accurate planting technologies. The equipment quickly adapts to meet unique field conditions. This equipment consistently maintains accuracy no matter the speed or conditions.
TM130 - Field Ploughing
Plowing fields can also turn organic matter into soil to increase decomposition and add nutrients from the organic matter to the soil. Many farmers spread manure from cattle and swine onto their fields. This manure is rich in nitrogen which is essential for plant growth. Turning the soil over not only mixes this organic matter, but it also increases oxygen in the soil which speeds up decomposition of the organic matter and makes more oxygen available for the plant roots.
Valtra Tractor - Snow Thrower
Snow thrower has a special feeding screw cylinder design which scrapes even icy snow from the surface and because of construction it is choked free in practical usage whatever the moisture of the snow or ice could be. Throwing wings are located in the middle of the feeding screw. Throwing tower is also hydraulically rotated as well as snow steering plate.
Ferguson 4255 - Wrapping Machine
Bale wrapper is a modern, trailed machine which helps to use the work time to the very maximum by using a front bale loading system while following the baler. The machine operator is not wasting time on maneuvering the whole set, directing the wrapper on a bale, driving perpendicularly to the direction of the baler. Bales can be wrapped on the move. The wrapper is provided with a bale layer for smooth bale discharge, allowing to operate on slopes.
C670 - Corn Harvestor
The C670 provides equal grain stream with possible changes of its directions. Because of a large cylinder and a tape-drive mechanism grain gets straight into the system, which ensures a high level of threshing and separation.
Mchale Fusion - Baler Wrapper
McHale developed the McHale Fusion 3 integrated baler wrapper, which combines two traditionally separate jobs; namely baling and bale wrapping and integrates them into a single operation, which can be done by one man and one machine. The Fusion 3 is unique in that it has been specifically designed as a high output Integrated Baler Wrapper.
Cameco - Sugar Cane Harvestor
A sugarcane harvester is a large piece of agricultural machinery used to harvest and partially process sugarcane. The machine, originally developed in the 1920s, remains similar in function and design to the combine harvester. Essentially a storage vessel on a truck with a mechanical extension, the machine cuts the stalks at the base, strips the leaves off, and then cuts the cane into segments. These are then deposited into either the on-board container, or a separate vehicle traveling alongside. Waste material is then ejected back onto the field, where it acts as fertilizer.
